December 2014 - currently.  Rich Schulman works at Telia, Uppsala in Sweden as Voice User Interface designer, developing free speech applications.

February 2011 thru December 2012.  Rich Schulman works with Telia, Uppsala in Sweden responsible for design of Sweden's first speech enabled bank service. In addition, Rich Schulman is responsible for the analysis and design of a speech enabled service for Sweden's largest betting operator.

April 2010 thru July 2010.  Rich Schulman works with PSS in England with the analysis and design of touch tone and speech enabled services

November 2008 thru February 2009.  Rich Schulman works with VisionUtveckling, Stockholm with the design of speech enabled services

2007 - December.  Effective Dec 1, 2007, SpeechCraft has tranferred its division for development of speech enabled services along with associated customers, to Voice Provider. In the future, SpeechCraft will assist Voice Provider with its expertise within the area of speech enabled services. SpeechCraft will also continue to supply Scandinavian organizations with speech technology software from Nuance Communications.

2006 - September.  SpeechCraft has sold its division for PBX product development to Netwise AB, a Swedish company owned by Ericsson. SpeechCraft's highly regarded multi-language speech enabled auto-attendant, Prego Voice, will be developed further by Netwise. For more information, contact Rich Schulman, CEO.

2006 - Coming up in April.  Rich Schulman to join Aculab in Budapest at ACE 2006, participating in the panel discussion "Let's Talk about Speech", on April 6th, together with representatives from other leading companies in the field of speech technolgy.  

2006 - March.  Västmanlands Lokaltrafik launches it's speech-enabled telephony service for planning trips by public transportation within the county of Västmanland. The service, created by SpeechCraft, allows users telephone access to information already available on its website.Travellers can reach this service by dialling (in Sweden) 0774-410 410  

2006 - January.  Värmlandstrafik launches it's speech-enabled telephony service for planning trips by public transportation within the county of Värmland. The service, created by SpeechCraft, allows users telephone access to information already available on its website.  

2005 - June.  SpeechCraft creates a speech-enabled telephony service for the combined traffic of , Norrbotten, Västerbotten and Västernorrland. Travellers can reach this service by dialling (in Sweden) 0771-100 110.  

2005 - April.  X-Trafik launches it's speech-enabled telephony service for planning trips by public transportation within the county of Gävleborg. The service, created by SpeechCraft, allows users telephone access to information already available on its website.  

2004 - October.  SpeechCraft's voice-enabled service for  Statoil Detaljhandel is featured in the current issue of Telekom idag. The article (in Swedish) tells the success story of this Nuance-based car rental service, launched in April, 2004.

2004 - August.  Nuance recognizes SpeechCraft as one of the world's key providers of voice-enabled travel services. SpeechCraft's customers within the travel industry have been Samtrafiken, SAS, SL, Västernorrlands Länstrafik, ÖstgötaTrafiken, Upplands Lokaltrafik and more to come.

SpeechCraft receives award from Nuance at Voice World Europe 2004 and is recognized as its top partner for Central and Northern Europe.

2004 - May 1.  Sjöfartsverket (Swedish Maritime Administration) launches a telephony service providing Swedish coastal weather forecasts, for the third summer in a row. The voice enabled service is delivered by SpeechCraft together with Foreca Sverige AB

2004 - April   Statoil Detaljhandel launches its voice enabled service for connecting its customers to car rental stations throughout Sweden and closes down it's centralized call center for car rental booking. (information in Swedish).

2004 - February   Statoil Detaljhandel has selected SpeechCraft to create a voice enabled service for connecting its customers to car rental stations throughout Sweden.

2003 -January. SpeechCraft begins the New Year with an order from Västernorrlands läns Trafik AB to deliver a voice enabled service for bus and train timetable information. The service is to be launched during the spring, 2003.

2002 - May. SpeechCraft delivers a voice enabled weather service together with Foreca Sverige AB. The service provides weather forecasts along the Swedish coasts and is commissioned by the Swedish Maritime Administration (Sjöfartsverket).

2002 -April. Rich Schulman asked to speak at Voice World Europe 2002 in London, April 9-11. The presentation was entitled "Why pilot testing is crucial for the success of your voice recognition application" and covered the voice enabled service that SpeechCraft developed for SL (Stockholm Transport), providing information about local bus and commuter train service for the Greater Stockholm area.
